La Casa Blanca is located directly on Quisala Beach, so there’s no barrier between you and the ocean! This beach house, built in 2024, features 3 bedrooms (queen bed), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large outdoor area for dining and a small outdoor lounge. On the second floor, you have a spacious terrace with views of the sea and its one-of-a-kind sunsets. For the afternoon heat, you have access to the pool, and additional features will be added soon.

Your group or family will appreciate the secure spaces for children (the accommodation passed the test with our 3-year-old), the beach access just seconds away on foot, the large air-conditioned rooms, the relaxation areas, the hyper-central location, proximity to various restaurants, grocery stores, bars (they cannot be heard from the house), and much more. Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
