There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.
