Rifugio del Gran Sasso

"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

Potrete rilassarvi da singoli, o con con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Troverete serenità, privacy, tanto verde, rose, viste incantevoli, prossimità al Parco Regionale dei Monti Simbruini, escursioni, la magnifica Subiaco con i suoi monasteri Benedettini, un approccio all'arte dell'intaglio del legno, la possibilità di poter mangiare sotto un pergolato di glicine, l'ascolto di buona musica, amore e tanti libri. C'è un sentiero che parte dalla proprietà che attraversa il bosco.

La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

Situato vicino al centro storico medievale di Montepagano: un borgo nato nell' XI secolo dove staccare la spina dalla frenesia cittadina non è mai stato così facile. A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

IL PAGLIAIO away from it all and just for two

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! Il Pagliaio is an old barn hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the surroundings. The inside is an open space in a simple and basic style, reflecting the rural spirit of the place.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Embraced by a castle, nestled inside a national wildlife park (EU's largest), Casa di Carolina is carefully curated to respect its medieval surrounds; enjoy spectacular architecture, slow food, local wines, first-class skiing, treks, cycling, nature. Just updated, it offers 2-beds, 2-baths, fully-stocked kitchen, 2-sitting rooms (2# sofa beds), dinner seating up to 8 persons, a small outdoor terrace with bistro table/rattan bench, luxury soft furnishings, gentle peace/tranquility.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Splendida villa indipendente su un terreno di circa un ettaro, con uliveti, quercia secolare e vista incantevole sul verde della Valle Roveto. Posto ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura, per lunghe passeggiate a piedi ed in bicicletta, escursioni a cavallo, visite agli eremi. A pochi Km: Sora, l'incantevole cascata di Isola del Liri, lago di Posta Fibreno, riserva naturale Zompo lo Schioppo, parco della Sponga, il castello di Balsorano, i cunicoli di Claudio e Alba Fucens.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
