Daisy è situata in una zona tranquilla ad 1,4 km dalla stazione centrale di Pescara e dal lungomare pescarese, l'aeroporto d'Abruzzo dista 3 km. A Solo 30 minuti vi sono le dolci colline pescaresi con bellissimi borghi rurali da visitare. Daisy offre diverse tipologie di camere climatizzate con bagno privato.

單間公寓位於歷史中心，步行幾分鐘即可抵達大教堂廣場和主街。附近有大學人文學系和GSSI，旁邊是城市的市政別墅，再遠一點是科勒馬吉亞公園及其雄偉的大教堂。靠近「Lorenzo Natali巴士總站」。住宿是獨立的，只有一個可居住的樓層；安靜，並且可以在單間公寓附近的街道上免費停車。

漂亮的山屋，精心布置。 它包括配有桌子、椅子和壁爐的廚房、帶沙發和電視的客廳、帶淋浴的浴室。 樓上有一間配有一張半的雙人臥室、一個衣櫃和一扇俯瞰歷史中心的迷人窗戶、兩間配有單人牀的臥室、一間配有洗衣機的浴室。 房子配備了甲烷系統，因此隨時有熱水，冬季環境溫暖。
