A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

The house with garden is on two floors. Composed of two bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and equipped kitchen with fireplace. Twinned with the city of Copenhagen, destination for Scandinavian painters and writers at the end of the nineteenth century Civita, thanks to its position has a beautiful view of the surroundings mountains. ideal for trekking and walks as well exploring other interesting small towns nearby. Last but not least the local goat and freshly"ricotta" are just wonderful.

Sea and beach is 25 minutes driving away; 30 minutes more inland the Gran Sasso national park can be explored. A private swimming pool of 7,5 x 3,8 m allows for enjoying the tranquility of the Italian country side. The Montefino area is known for it's sparkling views over the Fino Valley. The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.
