Fully equipped kitchen ready for group meals. 10 mins walk to the farmers market and butcher. *Winter season we prefer 1 week minimum but we will consider shorter time periods depending on our calendar*

完全独立型二世帯住宅のような建物です。 1LDKのこぢんまりとした一棟貸しです。 隣にはホストが居住しています。 建物は新しくシンプルです。 ニセコスキー場エリアから、少し離れた静かな別荘地にあります。 寝室１、ベッド２台。 お部屋は1LDKで、2名様までご宿泊いただけます。 3名様でご宿泊ご希望の場合は、追加料金が発生いたします。 ペットは1匹まで同伴OK（ペット料金2000円。トイレトレーニング済みの子のみ可能） セルフチェックイン、セルフチェックアウトで入室退出できます。 町はずれの静かな住宅地です。買い物やレストランへ行くにも、車が必ず必要な場所です。 ニセコの各スキー場まで、車で20分以内。 ルスツリゾートスキー場まで、車で30分。 ニセコビュープラザ（道の駅）まで車で5分。 外に出て、近所を少し散歩すると、晴れた日には羊蹄山や遠くにスキー場が見えます。 ※ニセコ町では宿泊税が導入されています。 ご宿泊料金に「1泊1名様200円」の宿泊税が含まれています。
