北海道ニセコにあるビストロフレンチを併設したロッヂ。廃校になった小学校をリノベーションしたノスタルジックな素泊まり宿です。最大宿泊人数は10名までですが、このリスティングでは4名様までの受付をしています。森や畑に囲まれた閑静な立地にあります。山の見える静かな雰囲気の中でくつろいで頂ける山小屋のようなロッヂです。 スキー場やスーパー、温泉施設までは車で10分程度で、バスはありませんので移動手段として車が必要になります。送迎サービスはないので、特に冬季はマイカーやレンタカーのご用意がない方の宿泊はお断りしています。 寝室はプライベートスペースですが、バスルームやキッチンなどは他のお客様との共同スペースになります。皆様に気持ち良くご利用頂くためと、環境に配慮したハウスルールがいくつかあります。ご協力とご理解の頂ける皆様の宿泊を歓迎いたします。 また施設には接客スタッフとして小さな犬がいます。とてもフレンドリーで優しい犬なので、仲良くして頂けると幸いです。 各お部屋には暖房設備がありますが、古い建物なので廊下やトイレなどは完全な暖かさではありません。ご理解をお願い致します。
