The house is fully renovated in February 2023.Located on Acharavi Beach 30 meters behind VILLA YIANNITSIS Ap.1. It includes 2 bedrooms, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ideal for couples and families. It has a shared garden and playground with VILLA YIANNITSIS AP.1. 800 meters away is the center of Acharavi where you will find restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets and banks. Next to the house there is a Pool Bar (Sun Rose) where you have free entrance.

At the ground floor apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with two single beds formed as couches, a main bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
