We offer atmosphere and the joy of age. We are a small extended family group living around the Old Rectory - built in 1852 and set among trees, with a stream running between our gardens. A house of 170 years age is not a blemish free space! We're in Knappagh, 3 miles from beautiful Westport town.

Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, butcher and chemist within walking distance. Keel's very own famous blue flag beach is situated right on the door step. Ideal location for water sports/outdoor activities or the perfect location for a romantic or peaceful getaway.

Ash Tree Cottage

Ash Tree Cottage is located in the scenic village of Bangor Erris in North West Mayo right on the 'Wild Atlantic Way' The cottage was built in 1947 & has been lovingly restored and completely renovated (2017) while retaining a homely and spacious feel. It has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 double/single), living room, kitchen, bathroom, shed with lock, private driveway and a large rear garden.
