E' un'ottima base di partenza per gite sull'Etna e per le principali località turistiche della Sicilia orientale e per la città di Catania. Perfetto per chi ama la piscina! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un grande giardino condiviso interamente fruibile. E' composto da un'elegante camera matrimoniale con vista piscina, un ampio e luminoso bagno ed una cucina privata situata in un locale separato, a pochi metri dalla struttura principale e completa di ogni comfort.

Gli architetti dicono che è la villa meglio preservata in tutta la Sicilia orientale Questo monovano è di circa 35 mq, ristrutturato nel 2017 con stile moderno, è composto da una grande stanza con zona pranzo, area cucina completa e un comodo letto matrimoniale.
