Den har egen inngang og egen romslig uteplass, godt egnet for både måltider og hygge. Leiligheten og den tilhørende uteplassen ligger østvendt og har morgensol. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt med alt du trenger til et trivelig opphold. Det er kort vei til fine turområder både sommer og vinter, og kun en liten biltur ned til Mjøsa. Gåavstand til tog og buss.

Finn roen langt fra storbyens støy og larm. Idyllisk og gammelt hus med sjel. Huset er bygd på tidlig 1800-tallet. Original panel i vegger og tak, de samme dørene som har vært lukket og åpnet i generasjoner. Det er enkelt, men sjarmerende, et hjem fylt med minner. Vi har kun gjort forsiktig oppgradering - nytt elektrisk anlegg, vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Hagen er stor og romslig og skjermet for innsyn. Elva Fura renner like ved.

Flott enebolig med hage

Enebolig i et rolig boligområde, plassert i et nytt byggefelt i Brenneriroa. Boligen har en romslig hage og en garasje med mulighet for elbillader (lading kommer i tillegg). Beliggenhet: • Kun 15 minutter til Budor, hvor du finner flotte turmuligheter både på ski og til fots. • Bare 17 minutter til Hamar, med gode bussforbindelser til både Hamar og Elverum. • Bare 15 minutter til Elverum.

Strandhytte

Liten hytte (ca. 25 m2) med unik beliggenhet rett på stranda ved Mjøsa. Sol hele dagen. Sentral beliggenhet, 5 minutters kjøring fra Hamar sentrum og Atlungstad golfbane. Passer best for par, enslig, eller liten familie. Stedet er ikke egnet for rullestolbrukere eller de som er dårlige til bens da det er 50 meter fra parkeringen ned til hytta med tre forskjellige trapper.
