This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful cottage. A Two bedroom one bath cottage featuring full kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and a full bath with bathtub/shower. A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Outdoor Enthusiasts Paradise

Great location for all types of outdoor activities. Next to Bronzwood golf course and close to Pymatuning lake for great year round fishing. Nearby hunting, walking, UTV riding, snowmobile, biking, and many other outdoor activities. Entire house with outdoor fire pit available. We are located out in the country and it is very quiet and safe area. We offer self check-in with a pin pad lock on the door. We are close by but leave you to enjoy country living.

Vincent William Wine: Lakefront winery guest house

This beautiful guest house is located on the property of Vincent William Wine Restaurant, Inn, and Wine Bar in Grand River Valley Wine Region. With a beach, close proximity to many area Wineries, Geneva on the lake, and other tourist attractions, the Guest House is the most ideal place for all your getaway fun. kayaks are also available upon request. Take a 5 min walk and enjoy an ice cream shop, or the several restaurants and bars.

Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.
