Our newly renovated condo has all that you need to unplug and relax, either for ski in and ski out, to enjoy summer at one of the many water holes or an adventurous mountain biking ride or the beautiful foliage during wedding season in Vermont. Perfectly situated, near restaurants, several walking distance like the renowned Chez Henri. Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

This bright and open Mountainside condo is 30 feet from the Out to Lunch trail, where you can ski or bike right to the ski lifts and bike trails. Enjoy amenities such as the brand new balcony, relaxing gas fireplace, seasonal outdoor pool, washer/dryer, assigned locker for ski and snowboard storage, and a large smart TV. The host owns a second condo in the same complex and would be happy to accommodate large groups!

The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Our recently updated condo is ready for your vacation! We are located a quarter mile away from Sugarbush mountain, several top ten swimming holes, hiking/mountain bike trails and the best skiing in the East. Spend the day exploring the beautiful landscape and come back to relax on our new giant cozy sectional couch. Kids will love the sturdy new bunk bed that is also strong enough for adults. This resort has several amenities including indoor/outdoor pools and tennis courts.

There is a free winter shuttle that picks you up and brings you to the base of Lincoln Peak (Sugarbush) Electronic keypad access to unit

There is one restaurant IN THE BUILDING, the chair lifts and the Recreation Center with pools, tennis, & fitness gym are a short 500 yard walk away.
