When winter arrives, we’re your basecamp for adventure — just 30 minutes to Middlebury Snow Bowl, 45 minutes to Killington or Sugarbush, and minutes to local snowmobile trails, ice fishing spots, and Middlebury College.

Large deck facing the lake with BBQ grill and backyard campfire stove. Stairs lead down to a stone beach. Two kayaks on site. Lapham Bay boat launch is 1 mile up the road.

Close to trails and waterfalls, 15 minutes to ski the Snow Bowl; 40 to Killington. All new appliances, maple floors, custom cabinets, rainshower. Air-conditioned, heated. with two, 2-person kayaks. Don't see your dates open? Ask about our a second 3-bedroom lakefront cottage, opening in May 2025.

Though not a waterfront property, this cottage is positioned about 50 yards from the water. It is also right next to a boat access point for easy launch of your favorite watercraft. Step into nature and take it all in. You will rarely see a car pass this cottage!
