First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Houston Street Cottage

This charming cottage is located within a block of down town's shops and restaurants. It's on a quiet block with ample parking and big shade trees. Kansas State University, Aggieville and City Park are all close by. Experience all that Manhattan has to offer, then come back to your home away from home for a relaxing evening in an environment created just for you. This home was inspired by our honeymoon in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it!

Slippers, face masks, mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and specialty ice machine.

You will be the only occupants but will only utilize the top floor. The house sits on the crest of a hill and is aptly called "the Vista" due to the views in all directions. Experience the sights and sounds of the country, including nearby wildlife: coyotes, cows, roosters and more.
