Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay overnight in a mini storage? Probably not, lol! But if you’ve ever watched HGTV, you’ll see that people across the country are creating short term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things from shipping containers and barns to old warehouses and yurts. In Cross Lanes, WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short term rental out of the storage unit! Conveniently located just off I 64 and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras casino.

Our cabin is equipped w/ the amenities you need to ensure a comfortable relaxing stay, w/climate-controlled environment, you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather. Separate public bathhouse. Centrally located yet private & peaceful. Access to community horseshoe pits, cornhole, hot tub, shooting range, party deck. River access. 4-wheel/all wheel drive a MUST! Fourwheelers, side×sides welcome. Come experience rustic comfort at it's finest!

Outpost Cabin

Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located river cottage in Dunbar, WV. Enjoy the river view from this 2 bed/1 bath home updated and fully stocked for your stay. Convenient to the interstate, restaurants, shopping, hospitals & 1.5 miles from the Shawnee Sports Complex. We are 10-15 minutes from downtown Charleston, Mardi Gras Casino & Resort, Clay Center, Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. We offer keyless entry and a home security system. Off-street parking. No pets allowed.

In the past our Cellar House was home to canned garden vegetables, potatoes, and apples. Today up to 2 guests can enjoy their relaxing farm visit in the newly renovated yet rustic upper room. Hiking on property. Located near Elk River State Park for a day of Biking, river swimming, & Kayaking. Near Rail Explorers USA in Clay County. Drive the back road to New River National Park for an adventure. This room is set up for a short visit or a long stay. Hot homemade fresh breakfast included.

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

Scenic area located 30 minutes from town on a rural side road . Four lakes for fishing and kayaking and canoeing within minutes. Quiet country setting on an acre of yard with open farm surroundings. Living area accessed by stairs. Garage for storing your gear or ATV's. Central heating and cooling, dishwasher and laundry for your convenience. 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and other with one twin and a double bed. Great place to take time out and rejuvenate.
