You'll find yourself on a quiet street offering privacy while however also being just behind the island's main coastal road, at a 5km (3 mile) distance from the port and the downtown. The picturesque fishing village Perdika is 4km (2.5 miles) away.

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.

Sweet brand new apartm doll house

New, close to the sea, fully equipped,parking available, a whole garden with lemon and pistachio trees, tall pine trees and very quiet. Even it is semi ground floor it is wonderful to stay and relax. The port of Souvala is only 10 minutes walking. The beach of Loutra is also in walking distance and there is supermarket, bakery and a lot of tavernas, bar and many nice things to discover!
