Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

1 mile to the beach and 3 to Cannery Row. Enjoy your Monterey Peninsula home with a backyard playground for the little ones. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, Laguna Seca Raceway, Pebble Beach, and Carmel are just a few of the area activities to enjoy. Eat out at one of our area's great restaurants or stay in with a home-cooked meal. With a large dining table and additional seating for up to eight, family style dining is a joy. This beautiful cottage is a block away from Lover’s Point, 1 mile to the Aquarium and Cannery Row. You will enjoy walking along the beachfront trail to the Aquarium. You’ll love this gorgeous place, the beauty of the coast, the quietness, and the heritage landmarks. It is your ideal beach vacation home. You will make many wonderful lifetime memories. The original house was built in 1904, and was lovingly expanded a few years ago with new modern comforts.

Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, Asilomar State Beach and other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck and outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a maximum of 2 adults per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old.
