The apartment is finished to the highest standards, with every amenity catered for, it has its own private pool, fire pit, outdoor bar and braai area where you can enjoy the spectacular views. The interiors are urban cool and designed to have our guests relax, work or entertain in equal measure. The apartment building has 24 hour security, access through the front lobby on Loop Street or Via the private parking garage on Buitten Street affording you direct lift access to the flat. We only rent the space as an entire home so its pretty much access all areas! We can offer concierge services at an additional cost, anything from having your breakfast made for you, to a daily turn down/bed making and cleaning service, a cocktail barman to serve you and your guests drinks or a driver/host to recommend and take you to some of the finest wineries, restaurants and tourist attractions. We as hosts are also on hand to give you some pointers in terms of our favorite restaurants, wine farms, markets, golf courses and general events and activity in and around Cape Town. Experience the neighbourhood from right outside the door, with the Bree Street buzz of bars, restaurants, bakeries, design studios and fashion outlets. Something interesting is always going on at any time — there's even a monthly street carnival. Heart of the city, use Uber, hail a cab, or use the My City Bus to get around. Cape Town is also a relatively easy city to drive in and car hire is cheep. There is much said about safety in Africa. I would say this, CT city Centre is like no other city in Africa, it is very clean and very safe. My wife is Spanish I am English and we have made Cape Town our home for these past 10 years, we can safely say that so long as you excersize the same common sense and caution that you would when visiting a City anywhere in the world you will have a very safe and very fun time in the Mother City.

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee.
