As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας. Κάτω από αυτά τα δέντρα, έγιναν γλέντια, έπαιξαν παιδιά ενώ πεταλούδες ρουφούσαν χυμούς λουλουδιών. Καλωσορίζουμε τους επισκέπτες μας στον παράδεισο αυτό το τον γεμάτο αρώματα και χυμούς.
