Είναι κοντά σε ταβέρνες, φούρνο, μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ, με άνετο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο και βρίσκεται 5 χιλιόμετρα μόλις από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, καθώς και σοφίτα με διπλά κρεβάτια. Επίσης, το σπίτι διαθέτει ευρύχωρη αυλή και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Ικάριο πέλαγος για υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες.

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

Cozy Hide Away in Frantato

Ikarian style house with a big garden in the village of Frantato. If you are looking for a peaceful ,quiet and relaxing place to stay , then this will be perfect for you. Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

Loukoulos' Green maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Our studio lies in the district called “Votsalakia” of Samos island, definitely a picturesque island. It is suitable for couples, a family with a child or a group of 3 friends, who are looking for a comfort of a house with a kitchen and a private bathroom on the vacation. This is a traditional studio with basic equipment for an ideal stay during your holidays.

Το σπίτι έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το πρώτο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι και το δευτερο υπνοδωμάτιο δυο μονα κρεβάτια. Η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο είναι ευρύχωρα και υπάρχουν οι βασικές υποδομές. Εξωτερικά υπαρχει αυλή για να απολαύσετε τη θέα στο λιμάνι. Για να φτάσετε στο σπίτι ανεβαίνετε λίγες σκάλες! Απόσταση σπιτιού από το κέντρο και το λιμάνι Ευδήλου 500 μέτρα!!

Welcome to Aghios Ioannis home! καλως ηρθτε The house was built in 2011 and the "villa Fourni" was renovated in 2019.It is located on the south side of the island, only 50 meters from the sea.It is a private oasis on the most green side , ideal for getaway on a Greek island .
