Lucy’s apartment is a newly built apartment, away from the beach with only a short 4 minute walk! Here, you can find a cozy apartment, with all the amenities you need for a cozy and a worries free stay. The living area includes a flat screen TV, a sofa that can be converted to a bed for 2 people and a new cuisine with a fridge and a sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed, night stands with lights and a closet. The bathroom, with the beautiful marble look, contains also a washing machine.

Καινούριο σπίτι στο κέντρο της πόλης του Αγίου Νικολάου. Ευρύχωρο για 3 άτομα , με όλες τις ανέσεις για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή. Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, απέχει 1 χιλιόμετρο από τη Λίμνη Βουλισμένη και είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία "Αμμούδι". Το διαμέρισμα των 42 τετραγωνικών μέτρων έχει σχεδιαστεί με γνώμονα την άνεση, προσφέροντας όλα όσα μπορεί να επιθυμεί ένας σύγχρονος ταξιδιώτης. Αναμφίβολα, ξεχωρίζει η εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπου μπορείτε να την απολαύσετε από το ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι.
