Lithia Villas - Folegandros - Villa Levanda & pool

Welcome to Lithia on the stunningly beautiful island of Folegandros . At Lithia we have 3 houses, each with its own identity ; Villas Levanda, Myrtia and Elia. They have been lovingly designed and furnished to give you a feeling of comfort and a touch of luxury. There is a swimming pool for Lithia guests, it is shared between the 3 houses. Villa Levanda is the largest of the 3. It has a fully-fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. It sleeps 4 people, it has a double bed ( 6' / 180cms) in one room ( or 2 single beds if preferred) and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom (5' or 150cms) plus 2 single beds/sofas in the sitting room . There is daily cleaning. We offer free transfer to/from the Port on arrival & departure dates plus free wifi and parking. Lithia is a 15 minute walk to the main village of Chora ( 1.5 km) . We are happy to help with car /scooter/quad rental. It is a perfect base for island-hopping although most people once they arrive don't want to 'hop' anywhere else! Folegandros is the hidden gem in the Cyclades, a small island nestled between Santorini, Milos, Paros, Sifnos. The Chora ( the main village) is known as one of the prettiest in the Cyclades. It has not been spoiled in any way by tourism, you can still see the local farmers ride around on donkeys and plough the fields with mules or oxen. It is an ideal island for hill- walking as it has many paths over steep hills to small hidden beaches and the most wonderful clear blue sea. Beachside tavernas where you can watch the fisherman bringing in their catch and the sun set over the Aegean. The restaurants serve traditional fresh Greek food in pretty surroundings. The other 2 houses are called Villa Elia and Villa Myrtia. It is also possible to book all 3 if you are a large group, the total no of clients can be 12. Folegandros-Cliffhouse

A historic Venetian house with sea view right in the heart of the Castro. The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

APOLLON by Akroploro - a sea view studio

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.

Folegandros Tiny House

Μικρό παραδοσιακό σπιτάκι στο Κάστρο Χώρας Φολέγανδρου σας περιμένει για να σας εντυπωσιάσει με την υπέροχη θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα και στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι διαθέτει διπλό κρεβατι (140 Χ200), smart tv, wi-fi, κλιματισμό, μικρή κουζίνα με δυο εστίες, θερμοσίφωνα, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, μικρό μπαλκόνι με θεα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα κ στη θάλασσα. Επισης στο σπιτι υπάρχει μπάνιο (ΜΗ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΜΕΝΟ). Όπως λειτουργούν ολα τα σπίτια του νησιού, υπάρχει εσωτερική αντλία διανομής του νερού.

Our studios are located in Agkali beach, on of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The studios are just a few steps from the beach with many taverns and cafe. From this amazing beach, you can take the boat to Ag.Nikolaos and Livadaki beach. For those who love walking, a traditional path will lead you to the virgin beach of Galifos after a short walk. The view of steep rocks,which are harmoniously joined with the deep blue sea , will reward you!
