Located at the end of the village, where the countryside begins, just by the river bed and lined with gigantic eucalyptus trees, this little house has all the necessary equipment for an ultra comfortable holiday. Designed for 2 people, ideal for a couple, the tranquility, the mountain view and the proximity to shops complete the idyllic image of this rental. A drive through country roads will take you to the nearest beach, Hiona Beach.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Μονοκατοικία 40 τ.μ . με αυλή σε ένα ήσυχο πεζόδρομο στο κέντρο του χωριού , βρίσκεται 100 μέτρα από την πλατεία όπου βρίσκονται όλα τα παραδοσιακά μαγαζιά , ταβέρνες , καφετέριες , μίνι μάρκετ , κρεωπολεια και φρουταγορα. Σε απόσταση 1,5 Km υπάρχουν οι παραλίες Χιωνα και Κουρεμένος και στα 6 km περίπου η παραλία Βάι με το εξωτικό φοινικόδασος και η παραλία Ερημούπολη.

Maria's beach-house

Almost private beach, with great view to the sea. In south Crete, near the village Myrtos and west of the town of Ierapetra. With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
