Villa Erato is the largest of a complex of villas called Drios-muses. It is a three-level villa of a total area of 210 s.m, consisting of Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor with 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 single rooms and a sofa bed which accommodates up to 2 more guests. The villa offers as well a private swimming pool, an external stone built BBQ and traditional oven for hosting great parties! The villa offers a modern environment for fun-filled summer holidays.

The Olive House is a unique, newly refurbished, and redecorated in 2023, house located within Apianes Villas in Agkairia, on the southwest of the island of Paros, with dashing views of nature, the island of Antiparos and the setting sun. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The house, with its bright serenity, offers generous outdoor spaces: terraces and garden, swimming pool with deck, a pergola with barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms, one located downstairs and the other upstairs. Each has its own private bathroom and shaded exterior area. Two parking spots are available in the front of the house. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels and sheets, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, full access to our washing machine and laundry detergent.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

It is a fully autonomous rural guesthouse aged since late 19th century, yet very recently refurbished, which was named after the hand-made Cycladic dovecot built on its rooftop, which is considered today of extreme rarity in the entire island.
