Welcome to Kanda West, our lovingly restored home that dates back to the 1970s. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to a beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pluge pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda East adjoins this property, and sleeps four extra people in two bedrooms.

This is the perfect place for couples or solo travellers to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama. The house comes with its own private pool, an essential in the Tropics! If Pavilion Pool House is unavailable, check out our neighbouring property, Pavilion Garden House.

Licuala: Tropical House (300m to beach)

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Unakanda White House

Renovated 2 bedroom cottage amongst local houses on Unawatuna hill. Amazing view overlooking trees and beautiful Unawatuna Bay. Private gardens and pool. 10 mins walk to the beach and a short tuktuk to Unawatuna, Thalpe restaurants and Galle Fort.
