3 acres close to Yosemite, Bass Lake , Golf Courses, and Indian Casino. Located on historic route 49 and 3 miles to 41 or for groceries , restaurants ect. Queen sized bed in room with TV. Living space has desk, 70 Inch UHD 4k TV , Netflix , and WiFi. Kitchen has fridge, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven and essentials. Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.
