Zum Shopping sind die Pasing Arcaden sowie die Innenstadt schnell per Bus, Tram oder S-Bahn zu erreichen. Auch am Oktoberfest oder in der Allianz Arena ist man öffentlich oder mit dem Auto sehr schnell.

An der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing gelegen gibts es viele gute Restaurants, schöne Cafés, tolle Eisdielen, angesagte Bars und interessante Museen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der U-Bahn U2 nur 3 Minuten bis zum Josephsplatz.

Im Ort gibt es ein tolles Hotel mit Wellness- Angeboten und einer leckeren Küche, tolle Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B.herzstueck-horgau) Die Ferienwohnung liegt 10 Minuten von der Autobahnausfahrt A8 Adelsried.
