Ideal apartment for short holidays in Aieta (CS), one of the «Most beautiful villages in Italy», about ten km from the sea (Praia, Tortora) and at the gates of the Pollino National Park. The Bed & Breakfast is located near Piazza Rea, with free public parking at about 50 m., a few steps from bars, restaurants, grocery stores, tobacconists, pharmacy, etc. The small apartment, with independent entrance, is equipped with air conditioning and offers all the essential services for a comfortable stay.

Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Immersa nel verde del bellissimo e ridente altopiano di Campotenese , porta naturale del Parco Nazionale del Pollino, a 1 Km dallo svincolo autostradale, sulla strada provinciale SP 241 ; l’abitazione è accogliente e confortevole, composta da due camere da letto, da un soggiorno-cucina a disposizione degli ospiti, da un bagno e da un’ ampia area verde esterna che funge anche da parcheggio. E’ il posto ideale per un totale relax a contatto con una natura incontaminata.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.
