Perfect for 1, ok for 2, tight for 3. Setup studio style. 1 Queen, 1 pullout couch (full). Climate controlled between 68-74 degrees in the winter. Very private (low) location-sits behind our family owned beauty supply store & can not be seen from the street. A restaurant, cigar lounge, beauty salon in same lot.

Windows and french doors offer roman shades with blackout panels for privacy. Access to a outdoor fire pit seating area is also included. Convenient to local attractions in Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA.

Welcome home to this peaceful cottage just walking distance to downtown Aiken, Aiken Polo Club grounds, and Bruce’s Field. One bedroom, personal washer/dryer and kitchen. Cozy living room with 55” smart TV. Bring your Firestick or use the log-in to access your favorite streaming platform. This cottage is private with no shared doors or entrances.
