Large open plan kitchen. Two Large rooms, one Queen size bed in a common area (which incorporates the kitchen) and the other a king size bed in a large spacious bedroom. This accommodation unit is situated on a working farm in the quietness of the countryside with all the comforts of home. Common room with queen bed, includes full kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, fireplace, bathroom, television, and DVD player, Sky TV. A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

Kanuka Retreat

Kanuka Cottage is a rustic, tastefully decorated cottage set in a kanuka wood. It provides absolute privacy and has all the amentities for a quiet 'away from it' retreat. Basic kitchenette , luxury bathroom and wonderful decks with peaceful sounds of the stream and abundant birdlife. The cottage has a king bed with quality linen and a blissful latex mattress. Cosy warm with a backup portable heater. Located at Grehan Valley Farm a fews minutes drive from central Akaroa a 10 minute walk.

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Orchard Cottage (c1910) is a private, sunny, self -contained guest house in its own colourful garden and a shared orchard which guests are welcome to enjoy. It is close to Diamond Harbour's town centre amenities, and just 10 minutes walk from the Lyttelton ferry. There is good swimming at the nearby beach which is a few minutes down a bush track from the cottage and lots of lovely clifftop walks and other beaches nearby.
