Уютная Студия для 1-2 с Прекрасным Видом. Дом в состоянии медленной Реставрации/Ремонта, но это не влияет на работу всех коммуникаций и подход к студии. Есть все для комфортного проживания. 12й этаж. Дом на холме. Самый центр Боржоми. 8-10 минут пешком до Центрального Парка с серными ваннами, рядом Крестовая гора и Крепость Петри. Прямо под домом новые стадион и спортивный комплекс. The building is newly constructed, located 1.5km. away from the Central Park (5 min. to drive, 20 min. to walk); 10 min. walk to downtown,local stores,banks. The apartment: newly renovated, cozy and comfortable, with minimalist design; One space studio, with double-bed.

Our charming EcoCottage located in Borjomi is nested in a green landscape. The cottage is constructed from sustainable wood, giving it a natural appearance. Large windows allow for abundant sunlight, offering a perfect spot to relax. The interior of the cottage is a contrast to earthy surroundings. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a burst of warmth and color. These colours, which are complemented by wooden beams, create a total cozy atmosphere.

Добро пожаловать в наш дом :) На первом этаже вы найдёте ваше жельё с отдельной ванной, кухней, спальными комнатами и винным погребом :) Я живу с моей женой Ликой на втаром этаже. приглашю вас в наш садик попробовать домашнего вина или шашлика. При желании вы можете прокатится на наших велосипедах и осмотреть наш городок. При надобности могу встретить в Аэропорту Кутаиси, также показать все достопрмечательности региона.
