"Secret Paradise" Private Pool Villa-Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

This stunning villa features three double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including an en-suite spa shower. With a spacious double living room, a large white kitchen, and a cozy fireplace, it's the perfect retreat. It is integrated in the nature around it with direct views to the port and the Aegean Sea. It was built before 1900 carrying with it the turbulent history of the island but it is also renovated with love. The stylish decoration will make your stay comfortable--like home. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

KKhouses - "Eastern I" House with astonishing view

"Eastern I" is a two-storey, 90m2 house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, WC and a big veranda with breathtaking views of the port. To reach "Eastern I" we climb around 200 stairs from the center of Hydra, but the view from the verandas and the rooms is breathtaking and it surely compensates for the stair ascent.

Olive Trees House is a charming house, located in the bay of Mandraki, 20-25 minutes walk from the port. The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

Stone build cottage in Love Bay Poros

Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Mikro Limeri is located high up in the traditional settlement of Poros town overlooking the village and the famous sea passage to Hydra. It is a spacious studio for two with two verandas and a private rock garden. It also offers access to a secluded shared plunge pool.
