Our private downstairs apartment, Its in a brand new house/villa in the newest part of town. It is located near the beautiful Kjarnaskógur with plenty of activities. We have everything you need and this is a perfect place to brake up the trip, do your laundry, relax & enjoy the beautiful view over the fjords & mountains when travelling in Iceland. Museums and galleries are also close by and the famous Akureyri swimming pool is a mere 500 meter walk from the apartment.

The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Facilities for four persons. On the terrace there is a geothermal hot tub and a gas grill.

Hallfridarstadir Farmhouse Akureyri region

Hi. We have a vacation cottage for rent at a farm near Akureyri. Distance to Akureyri is 20min driving. The cottage is located on our farmland and we live in the farmhouse about 800m away up the hill. We do not farm livestock but there might be the occasional sheep grazing the fields. Guests are welcome to pick mushroom on the land and august is prime blueberry season and you can pick blueberries right outside the cottage.

Gestahúsið okkar er lítið 15 fm hús. Húsið stendur á lóðinni rétt sunnan við húsið okkar. útsýnið yfir fjörðinn er einstakt og fjallasýnin eftir því. 4,5 km er í miðbæ Akureyrar sem hefur uppá að bjóða alla þá þjónustu sem hugsast getur. We are motorcycle friendly. Það er heit úti sturta.
