400 square foot space located minutes from University Florida Campus,and Downtown Gainesville. Easy access to/from I-75 on Southside of Town. This Bonus Room above the garage is completely separate from the main house. Access is provided through the garage with one parking space available. If 2 parking spaces needed, please contact host. Great location for attending Gator Sports: Football, Basketball, baseball, etc. Enjoy the wildlife at Sweetwater Wetlands across the street!

Your own private space of peace and quiet.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. While being only 15 miles from the nightlife of downtown Gainesville, this is country living at it best. With no street lights the stars are bright and easily counted. The mornings are bright and full of the music of bird songs. The cute 2 bedroom apartment (one double bed, two single beds) is on the SECOND FLOOR. It is easy to get lost in the whisper of the trees. This is a place to rest your soul and unwind.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Pet friendly and located in the quiet Duckpond neighborhood just a mile walk from the center of downtown Gainesville. Tom Petty Park at the end of our street includes playground, vollleyball net, tennis courts, dog park etc. Gainesville Bike Trail entrance just 1/2 mile from house. Private entrance to guesthouse with shared brick courtyard and parking.
