Our studio offers a clean, modern retreat with its own kitchenette, full bathroom , spacious closet, full size refrigerator and dining table with 4 chairs. Completely private entrance. You will feel like you are in a park surrounded by mature oak trees and nature, you will feel renewed, Perfect for 2 adults , one child, one pet The Studio is private with access separate from our home. We offer self check in with a lock box. A private property , fenced and gated location with a lot of parking.

Sunflower Acres Cottage

Cute, cozy, freshly remodeled, private guest house on a beautiful 5 acre farm. Enjoy your own backyard herb garden with privacy fence, picnic table and fire pit. New kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, and dining area perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, queen bed, & extra blankets. This country getaway is near the University of Florida (12 miles), Blue Springs (21 miles) Ginnie Springs (24 miles), and historic High Springs (15 miles).

Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.
