Search no further, you've found the perfect home for your vacation. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a wraparound porch and yard to enjoy the beautiful views in every direction. There is a large fire pit in the middle of the yard and a smaller one down in the secret garden. The property also has a pond along with panoramic views of the Catskill and Bershire mpuntains. Within 30 minutes of Windham mnt. less than an hour from Saratoga. also local hiking hunting and kayaking.

Riverfront cabin 5 -kayaks incl -24 mins to Toga

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins here at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Towpath Landing is a collection of 18 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin Bleu has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. This is served by filtered river water so bring drinking water.
