Unique Private Lake at Yellow Dog Lake Cabins

Our home is less than 10 minutes from Ohio University. The log sided cabin sits at the front of our 105 acre property and overlooks a wonderful 16 acre private water ski lake. The cabin has ample private parking and its own 1/2 acre pond located off the front door. This house was our home for 10 years and is setup for family usage. In spring and summer swim and play at the lake. For fall and winter seasons this cabin makes a perfect hunting lodge being close to tons of public hunting land.

Quiet+private 2 bdrm cabin. Located just 5 miles from e. state st. and 7 miles to court st. Our cabin is furnished with 2 king beds, linens provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. Local tv, internet. Firepit in private backyard. Pets welcome with pet fee. We are NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT! You will see ladybugs,stinkbugs, wood beetle and more

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. For a limited time, Athens Krishna House - a Bhakti-Yoga and Meditation Center, is available for your tranquil getaway. No TV. For the sanctity of this unique space, No Smoking, No Meat, No Fish, No Eggs, No Alcohol, No Party in the house. We are sorry we cannot allow pets inside. Shoes need to be left in the foyer. Firefly cabin, tucked deep in the woods, is the perfect place to escape. The cabin offers a peaceful retreat where you can temporarily separate from technology and connect with one another and the surrounding nature. This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. Nothing but stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.
