An entire apartment of 90 mq² with a Venetian style decor, in a private Palazzo from 1500 with a beautiful canal view. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The entrance opens up into a big living area with an impressive canal view which can also be seen from the bedroom. The entire apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
