No infants or children please due to an abundance of caution regarding the stairs that lead to the space. No pets or animals of any kind allowed.

On a quiet dead-end road with free parking. Stays over 7 days can request access to laundry.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

We offer a two-bedroom in-law basement apartment, well-designed and newly constructed, quietly nestled just four blocks from the heart of the lively Alberta Arts district in the center of Northeast Portland. It features King-size Keetsa Pillow Top beds in each bedroom, a charming eat-in kitchen, a spacious bathroom with luxurious tiled shower/tub, washer-dryer in unit, private patio seating, antique glass doorknobs, thoughtful new and vintage furnishings.

Explore North Portland walking districts (restaurants, food carts, shops!) or the roses at Peninsula Park🌹, then retire to this hip and spacious basement apartment. Recently renovated, you’ll love its cork floors (that feel so nice under foot) and its custom and creative finishes. I live upstairs, but I am mindful of noise, and my guests find my place to be quiet and relaxing. I provide ample toiletries, quality coffee and tea, and travel guides.

Two bedrooms, comfortably houses 4 people (5 if someone sleeps on the couch!) in prime Alberta Arts location. Our apartment has a private entrance 20 feet from our front door and requires no interaction with us while checking-in or out, but we are nearby and happy to help with whatever you need.
