Serene Alberta Arts Garden Casita.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee will be reduced for short stays of two nights. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a toaster-oven, a microwave, two-burner stovetop; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, or a larger very mellow dog, but no cats.

Timber Frame Guesthouse - 100% Green Construction

Cozy, beautiful casita! This is the only home of its kind in Portland. Artfully built in traditional timber-frame style, all of the joinery is wood-to-wood. Every timber was milled from our family land. Insulation is clay-straw and the walls are natural plaster. Enjoy a true refuge in the heart of NE Portland, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, parks, Alberta Arts district & more. 12 minute drive to PDX, 15 to downtown. AC, free street parking, full kitchen, pet friendly.

Sabin Guest House

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. With a strong emphasis on locally made furniture and art, the ADU feels rooted in place. [Please note that the storage loft is not currently accessible.] Thanks for looking!
