The living room is large and has 2 sofas for when one is being used as bed allowing the comfort of those who prefer to see tv. The balcony is large and reserved that allows it to be used as a dining room and lounge area. The apartment complex is just 100 meters from the beach. Accessible by walk there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and transports. It has garage (car parking) included.

The apartment is situated in a gated aparthotel on a hillside with great views of the Old Town, Fisherman's Beach and out over the Atlantic. There is a south facing balcony which is ideal for soaking up the sun. The apartment is very family friendly as the balcony is on the ground floor not up high, there is no big drop. The balcony is also gated and the wall comes up to around hip height. Our main bedroom has a super king sized bed with the brand new mattress supplied by Hilton hotels.
