The Villa has 1 (one) hectare of gardens and wooded areas. It has 3 bedrooms, for 6-7 persons, barbecue, a private 10 meters swimming pool, a games room, and wifi internet. The house is integrated inside the quiet gated community of "Herdade de Montalvo", surrounded by nature and located near "Praia da Comporta" (15 min by car) and the city of Alcácer do Sal (Alentejo). Herdade de Montalvo also offers restaurants, two tennis courts, a 25 meters swimming pool, and Equestrian Centre facilities.
