ONLY 15 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! View the sunrise over the mountains every morning! Bright, clean, spacious apartment with private entrance and private driveway. It features a queen-sized bed plus a roll away twin bed if needed, a full-sized kitchen and spacious bathroom, as well as a lovely view of our beloved Smoky Mountains. You'll be 20 minutes from the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Knoxville and 10 to the Knoxville Airport. This property is stunning, and we strive to include anything you might need for your stay whether you are vacationing with family or traveling for work.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

A peaceful, quaint, and laid back area of South Knoxville that will let you relax and getaway. A short 10-15 minute drive to the airport. It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and UT so you can experience all downtown has to offer or just go to the games. If outdoors is more your thing it is only about 5-10 minutes away from I C King Park and 10-15 minutes away from Ijams and the greenways both places offer the finest biking and hiking trails.
