It features a queen-sized bed plus a roll away twin bed if needed, a full-sized kitchen and spacious bathroom, as well as a lovely view of our beloved Smoky Mountains. You will fall in love with this beautifully updated home with all new furnishings. It is located two blocks from historic Maryville College, restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, and the most beautiful greenway in TN. You'll be 20 minutes from the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Knoxville and 10 to the Knoxville Airport. This property is stunning, and we strive to include anything you might need for your stay whether you are vacationing with family or traveling for work.

The Cabin at the Willows

Our handcrafted wood cabin has an ideal central location less than a half hour from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park for hikers and Cades Cove visitors. Likewise we are 25 minutes to the University of Tennessee for football games or college visits. Maryville College is just 3 miles away and McGhee Tyson Airport only 6 miles. This homey cabin with a great room/high ceiling roominess is tucked down near a creek with relaxed privacy and a front porch ideal for chilling out in a rocker.

Hidden Pines - Smoky Mountain Foothills Cottage

Nestled in the trees, Hidden Pines Cottage is conveniently located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains just 10 mins. from downtown Maryville. Located 20 mins. from the airport, 15 mins. from Foothills Pkwy, 40 mins. from Cades Cove, and a scenic drive from Gatlinburg , it's a perfect spot for a quiet get-away. This newly constructed home is filled with modern style and charm. Its elegant three bedrooms, stylish living spaces, full kitchen, and deck provide a relaxing destination.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

The house is newly renovated and located in a safe/quiet neighborhood. 5 min from TYS airport 🛫, 20 min from downtown Knoxville, and 5-10 min to all the restaurants & grocery stores. Come and relax in our hot tub ♨️ after your long flight or road trip. 📍This is a quiet, safe area and one of the best in the region, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Springbrook Park. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.

It is within walking distance of miles of greenways and parks and only 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This home offers fast, reliable internet (500 mbps upload and download), garbage service, and fenced back yard.

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We are located 5 minutes from the entrance to the Foothills Parkway, 15 minutes from the Townsend entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park, 45 minutes from Dollywood, and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE OR OUT / SMOKING WILL RESULT IN A $250 CLEANING FINE
