Precioso apartamento con vistas a mar y montaña

Apartamento en una urbanización nueva, un sitio muy tranquilo ubicado a poca distancia de la playa con unas vistas espectaculares al mar y a la montaña. El piso es un segundo con ascensor, en un edificio de dos plantas, tiene dos terrazas, las dos con vistas ya que no hay ninguna edificación delante, además cuenta con ascensor y plaza de garage. La localización es privilegiada entre Estepona y Sotogrande, rodeado de campos de Golf y a 1km del paseo del Litoral, con playas y calas para disfrutar.

El Rocio is a beautiful studio apartment in the heart of Puerto De La Duquesa looking directly on to the marina. It is on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the many restaurants and. ars situated in the marina,it is the perfect spot for people watching and relaxing.All restaurants are 2 minute walk from the apartment. The beautiful clean,safe natural beaches are a minute s walk away.The flat promenade are 2 minutes walk and stretches for miles. The studio is a little gem!
