Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on a peaceful and secluded one acre property. This is an attached guest suite studio with a small rustic kitchenette and bathroom. Surrounded in beautiful yards, trees, flower gardens and privacy. There is a professional aerial silks and Lyra ring to play on, trampoline, tree swing, fire pit, outdoor tables and lounge chairs. 15 miles to downtown Seattle and only 10 min to 2 lakes and we are right by the new light rail. Cannabis friendly!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home has the charm of the 1940s, with the final updates just completed in 2023 inside and out! What you see listed and pictured is what we have for you :) We try our best to accurately portray the listing with professional pictures. If you have questions please feel free to ask. The bedroom, kitchen and shower have dimmers on the lights and most of the home has various nightlights mounted on the switches.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, near many restaurants and stores, Lynnwood Convention Center, Alderwood Mall, I-5 and I-405, and only 2 miles for the Lynnwood Light Rail station for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.
