An apartment with a surface area of 112 m2. The apartment is in a historic building completely renovated, that results in a design apartment and building with all the contemporany confort. The apartment is a loft concept that ofers on the ground floor a large living room with sofas and lots of natural light. On same level, there is the dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. Everything results in an apartment of excellence, with sober decoration and with all the amenities for a memorable stay. All the areas of the apartment are acessible. Available to help during stay. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.

Loft do Choco is a unique eco-friendly house in the very heart of the historical center of Setúbal. The loft is located in the typical fisherman's neighborhood of Fonte Nova. The bright loft is inspired by Setubal's famous cuttlefish (port.: Choco) and by the city's seaside location. The house is made out of sustainable materials with its cork floor, wooden walls, traditional ceramics (Azulejo), and a relaxing indoor fishermen hammock. Loft do Choco is the best place to enjoy sea and mountains.

Nahegelegene kleine Fischerstädtchen wie Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Aljezur oder Lagos sind Ausflüge wert.

This studio is housed in an old house recovered in 2005. There are 3 studios distinguished by 3 colors: Blue, Green and Yellow. This is the Green studio with an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean with waves crashing right at your feet. Decorated simply but with everything you need for your stay. My place is close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets and local commerce. You’ll love it because of the location, outdoor space, and ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with small kids). The location is great: only a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the old town center (Porta d'Armas), and about the same from the beautiful D. Ana, Camilo & Porto de Mós 'postcard perfect' beaches. We are also a bike-friendly house.
