Quarto Pirica, stunning suite on Sintra mountain

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

CASA BRAVA is an eco Guest House set in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic center of Loulé and 20 minutes from the coast and Faro airport. A place where tranquility and accessibility meet. The space offers hot water and fresh towels for guests’ comfort. Ideally located in the village, just 700 meters from the beach, it provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is set in a charming attic, accessed via a staircase, offering privacy and cozy feel.
