Quarto Pirica, stunning suite on Sintra mountain

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped living area with internet access, television, coffee machine, small fridge, and microwave. The space offers hot water and fresh towels for guests' comfort. Ideally located in the village, near the town center and just 700 meters from the beach. The accommodation is set in a charming attic, accessed via a staircase. The main entrance to the house is shared with the homeowners, but once you go upstairs, you'll enjoy complete privacy and a cozy feel.

Die Quinta Avalon befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönsten Strände, die die Algarve zu bieten hat, nahe dem traditionellen Dorf Porches, zwischen Portimão und Albufeira, in einer malerischen Landschaft. Entspannt euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Solltet ihr allerdings Probleme mit der Anwesenheit von Hunden und Katzen haben, so würden wir euch eher von einer Buchung auf unserer Quinta abraten, da sich alle unsere Tiere frei auf unserem gesamten Gelände aufhalten.

Cozinha equipada com frigorifico, micro-ondas, chaleira, torradeira, forno eléctrico, uma placa com dois bicos a gás, maq. Nespresso, mesas e cadeiras para refeições. Existe uma churrasqueira partilhada com 2 quartos. Pequeno almoço incluido entre junho e setembro. O alojamento não é adequado para bebés ou crianças pequenas -5 anos de idade. Importante: ler regras da casa.

Little Haven' means a place of safety or a small harbour which describes my apartment perfectly. Situated in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park and on the edge of the Vale da Telha urbanisation, the property is in a quiet location yet in easy reach of amenities. To the front of the property are uninterrupted countryside views, down to the sea and inland to Monchique. Monte Clerigo beach, the bars and restaurants of the Vale da Telha and Arrifana are all just a few minutes away by car.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.
