OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Perfect Location: residential area, you're only 5 minutes on foot from the vibrant heart of Ålesund. Enjoy local cafés, restaurants, parks, museums, and iconic viewpoints like Fjellstua. Åmås Events Guesthouse - Full house (two floors)

A welcoming guesthouse with three bedrooms, two living rooms and total capacity for up to 14 guests. The house offers two fully equipped kitchens, bathroom, dining area, fireplace & Wi-Fi. Loft with bedrooms and living room with TV. Outside a spacious terrace, hot tub, grill area, big lawn, trampoline and beautiful views. Perfect for both families and groups all year round. There is also available toilet next door. Washing machine (NOK 100 per load). Electric car charging is NOK 200 per charge.

Velkommen til Jugend Loft, en sjelden toppleilighet i hjertet av Ålesund. Denne nydelige perlen befinner seg i et velkjent jugendstils bygg med sentral beliggenhet i gågata. Her kan en nyte det beste av Ålesund, enten ved å bevitne vakker utsikt på byggets takterrasse eller nyte noe godt i kaféen i første etasje. Videre finner man alle sentrums fasiliteter rett utenfor inngangsdøren, med kort gangavstand til Skansekaia, Brosundet og til de berømte trappene opp til utkikkspunktet Fjellstua.

På idylliske Sæbøneset gard ligg "Gamlehuset". Med panoramautsikt ut over dei majestetiske "Sunnmørsalpane" ligg garden som har vore i familien i fleire generasjoner. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.
